First opened in 2003, Sam Vernon's Martial Arts & Fitness has grown and expanded, moving to a new, specially-built facility in 2010. Sam's goal is to teach his students proper technique and cultural arts while giving them the best workout possible. Students EARN their belt ranks through focus and self-discipline while sparring against the area's best fighters. Sam Vernon & Eddie Lincks (retired) have a combined 35 years or more of teaching experience, which has helped make their school one of the most popular in Southern Indiana. 

Sam Vernon's Martial Arts & Fitness incorporates a positive attitude with dedication and determination to mold young students and inspire more advanced students. All ages are welcome to attend classes! With Li'l Dragons & Kickboxing, Tae Kwon Do/Kickboxing, Weapons and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Sam Vernon's Martial Arts & Fitness is the premier place to bring your energy and determination!
